All-In Cost

(1) The total implementation cost of a transaction or instrument including interest, spreads, commissions, fees, etc. Often expressed as a percentage of face or as an annual percentage rate. (2) In an interest rate swap, the all-in cost will be expressed as the value of a single period fixed rate payment as a percent of the notional principal amount.
