Cancelable Swap

One party to the swap (or sometimes both) has the right to cancel a swap under certain circumstances. Ordinarily, the rates exchanged in the swap will reflect the value of a cancellation option. See also Callable Swap, Puttable Swap. Also called Collapsible Swap.
