Combination Option

An option or group of options consisting of at least one put and one call. The component options may be exercised or resold separately, but they are originally traded as a unit. The term is increasingly applied loosely to any package of several different options. See Option, Spraddle (diagram), Spread, Straddle (diagram), Strangle, Strap, Strip (2).
