Contingent Takedown Option
An option to buy a fixed-income security, usually issued as a 'kicker' (attached to another fixed-income security). This option gives the buyer of a bond or note an option to acquire a second bond with a similar coupon. Also called Bond Warrant, Debt Warrant. See also Kicker.
