Cross-Currency Cap or Floor

An option setting a maximum (cap) or minimum (floor) on the spread between two reference index rates (usually LIBORs) denominated in different currencies. This option is cash settled, usually in one of the subject currencies, or embedded in a note. See International Spread Option, Warrant, or Note, Spread Option (1).
