Management's Discussion and Analysis (MD&A)

An unaudited textual section of a corporate annual report that, among other information, will usually include a discussion of the risks the corporation faces and steps taken to control risk. The MD&A also describes the firm's recent performance, management policies, and an analysis of important year-to-year changes.
