No-Regrets Options

Lookback options. Because lookback calls are always struck at the lowest price during the life of the option, and lookback puts are struck at the highest price, an investor will have no regrets that he might have gotten a more favorable strike. Lookback options carry a higher premium than standard options, so the size of the premium might be a source of regret. See Lookback Option.
