Qualified Financial Contract

Any security contract, commodity contract, forward contract, repurchase agreement, swap agreement and any similar agreement that the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation may, by regulation, make subject to safe harbor netting enforcement and collateral rules of the Financial Institutions Reform, Recovery and Enforcement Act of 1989 (FIRREA).
