Retractable Swap

A swap with an embedded option giving one party, usually the fixed rate payer, the right to cancel the swap under certain conditions. The conditions may be as general as a decline in interest rates or as specific as an issuer's call of the instrument used to generate the fixed rate payments. See also Callable Swap, Puttable Swap.
