Seasoned Security
|
(1) A stock, bond or other security that has been trading long enough to shake off any effects of its public offering on its price behavior. (2) A security that has been outstanding for at least forty days after a Euromarket offering has been completed. Seasoning must precede any sale of a Euromarket security to certain U.S. investors.
