Strategic Asset Allocation (SAA)
A value or expected return-oriented portfolio management technique that, in contrast to portfolio insurance (or dynamic asset allocation), tends to increase exposure to a market when recent market performance has been poor and to reduce exposure when recent market performance has been good.
