Super Upside Note (SUN)
|
A leverage equity-linked position with little or no downside protection from a stock or index decline. SUNs use the present value of expected dividends to provide the holder with leveraged exposure to price appreciation. The expected dividend, in effect, is used to buy call options on the underlying.
