Trading Range Warrant

Profit/Loss Pattern of a Trading Range Warrant An instrument which provides a relatively high return if the underlying sells within a specified trading range at expiration and a declining return if the underlying trades outside the trading range. As the diagram illustrates, the payoff pattern is much like that of a short straddle or strangle. Compare with Range Warrant.
