Variable Rate Renewable Notes

Floating rate notes with a coupon rate set monthly at a fixed spread over the one-month commercial paper rate. Each quarter, the maturity automatically extends an additional quarter unless the investor elects to terminate the extension and put the notes back to the issuer.
