Weighted Average Rate/Price Option (WARO)
|
Similar to an average rate option except that the weighting of each daily, weekly, or monthly price or rate varies depending upon the agreement of the parties. The weighted average rate option may be used when the timing and magnitude of cash flows is known, but price or rate is uncertain. See also Average Price or Rate Option (APO, ARO) (diagrams).
