Designated Time Net Settlement (DTNS)

A funds settlement system used in the Bank of Japan's BOJNET fund wire. As the name implies, net settlements are debited or credited to participating banks at designated times based on their net obligations to, or credits from, other banks. See also Real Time Gross Settlement (RTGS).
